What you buy
A licence to use the Waypoint Charts indicator scripts inside your own TradingView account for as long as your plan is active. Lifetime plans do not expire. Updates to a script are included in every plan.
Who you buy from
Waypoint Charts sells this licence to you directly. Whop provides payment processing and checkout. Under Whop's buyer terms, the seller shown at checkout is the supplier of the product being sold — for this store, that is Waypoint Charts — and Whop's role is limited to processing the payment. Whop is "merchant of record" only for card-network settlement and, where it applies, transaction taxes, not for this licence.
What you may not do
The scripts are proprietary. You may not resell, share, republish or redistribute access, nor attempt to extract or reproduce the source code. Access is personal and tied to one TradingView account.
Access and revocation
Access is granted automatically after checkout once you link your TradingView username, and is revoked automatically when a subscription ends, a trial lapses or a refund is issued.
EU consumers normally have 14 days after a purchase to change their mind and cancel for any reason, before the item is delivered. Because this indicator gives you working access right away, that right can end early — but only if, before you pay, checkout asks you to confirm you want immediate access and to acknowledge that doing so ends your right to withdraw. [operator to add: check the actual checkout confirmation wording once the Whop store exists, and confirm it asks for this before payment — if it does not, the 14-day right applies regardless of delivery] Where this waiver applies, it only affects that statutory right — the trial and refund terms in our refund policy are separate promises we make on top of it, and still apply in full regardless of the waiver.

Availability
The tools depend on TradingView's platform and Pine Script. Changes on TradingView's side may affect functionality. We fix what is within our control.
Governing law
German law applies, to the extent permitted for consumers in their country of residence. This governs the licence between you and Waypoint Charts; Whop's own terms separately govern the payment and checkout layer, in addition to this page.
