Who is responsible

The operator named in our imprint is responsible for the processing described on this page. For questions about this policy, use the support address in the footer.

Server logs

The hosting provider records standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested file, user agent) to keep the site running and secure. This rests on our legitimate interest in a working, secure site. Logs are not linked to any profile and are deleted after [operator to add: retention period stated in the hosting provider's own terms].

Purchases

Checkout, subscription management and cancellation happen inside Whop (Whop Inc.). When you follow a checkout link you leave this site and Whop's privacy policy applies to what you give Whop directly. Under Whop's own seller and buyer terms, the seller shown at checkout is the supplier of the product being sold — for this store, that is us — and Whop's role is limited to processing the payment. Whop is "merchant of record" only for card-network settlement and, where it applies, transaction taxes, not for the licence itself.

Whop then tells us that your purchase went through and returns the account details we need to grant access: at minimum your TradingView username and subscription status. Whop's own privacy policy also lists contact and account-profile information among what it shares with sellers generally, so this may not be the complete list for our store. [operator to add: check exactly what our Whop seller dashboard shows once the store is live, and update this paragraph to match] We use this information to perform your purchase contract.

TradingView

Access to the indicator is granted inside your own TradingView account, using the username you provide at checkout, on the basis of performing your purchase contract. TradingView's own terms apply to your TradingView account itself, and its privacy policy applies to data you give TradingView directly.

International transfers

Whop (Whop Inc.) is a United States company. Its privacy policy states it uses standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission for transfers out of the EU/EEA. TradingView is a United States and United Kingdom company; its own privacy policy (linked above) addresses these transfers directly, stating that data may be stored in the United States, the EU and other locations outside the EEA and that it takes steps to keep an adequate level of protection when it does so — without naming a specific transfer safeguard such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. Our hosting provider is [operator to add: hosting provider name and country; if outside the EU/EEA, add the transfer safeguard it uses].

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of the data we hold about you, and you can ask us to limit or stop certain processing. To do this, use the support address in the footer. You can also complain to the data protection authority responsible for us — [operator to add: name of the competent German state data protection authority] — or to the data protection authority in your own country.
